Why some of my social accounts are grayed out when I try to connect them to Circleboom?
When your social account that you want to connect to Circleboom Publish appears as unavailable and grayed out, it is very likely that you are not an admin or editor of that page. If that is the case, we remind you that you need more authorization on that page/group than you already have to manage it (This problem usually happens for Facebook and Instagram accounts).
Yet, there are other reasons that may prevent you to connect your account.

Previously connected social accounts

Each social account can be connected to only one Circleboom account. This means that if your social media account had been connected to another Circleboom Publish account before (either your old CB account, your former team member's account etc.), you cannot connect it directly.
What you first need to do is to remove your social account's access from the other account. Once it is removed, you can connect your social account to your Circleboom Publish account.

What if you can't access your old Circleboom account?

In case that you cannot remove your social account from its previously connected Circleboom Publish account, feel free to send an e-mail to [email protected] detailing your account information and our support team will help you as soon as possible.
